Our mission

There is a huge cybersecurity skills gap, with millions of unfilled positions globally. Women are still underrepresented in technical fields, such as Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity. In the Netherlands, only 13% are female in IT.

The time has come to change this! We need a new global Cyberella community with women empowered with the right education and training to immerse themselves in Cybersecurity.

We are launching an international brand and movement: The Cyberella! We are here to show the world the impact of a cybersecurity community enriched with women worldwide.

Cyberella Program

Software Engineering

Cyberellas learn and apply the most important aspects of Software Engineering to understand the technical aspects and security challenges of digital products and solutions

Operations

Then, Cyberellas learn and apply the technical aspects of how to make software available to millions of people worldwide

Software Security

Once Cyberellas have learned how software works and how to make it available, they will immersive themselves in the security aspects and cover everything there is to know

Security Labs

At the end of this phase, Cyberellas will have successfully implemented SAST, SCA, DAST, Container Security, Secrets Management, Cloud Security and more

Case Study & Exam

The final phase of the program involves putting all previous knowledge into practice, combining it with communication skills, and passing the challenging Cyberella exam
